Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Endurance K9, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations by the Customer

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelling a booked dog walking or training session.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged at the full session rate, as it is unlikely we will be able to fill that time slot.

2. Refunds

If you have prepaid for a service and cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will offer:

A full refund, or
-
A credit towards a future booking (whichever you prefer)

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be given and any unpaid balance will remain payable.

Refunds will be issued within [X] working days using your original payment method.

3. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to extreme weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel and cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid services.

4. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to provide a service with reasonable care and skill, or if the service is not as described.
