Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Endurance K9 (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the provision of dog walking and/or training services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Dog walking 

  • Dog training (in-person sessions, as agreed)

The specific details of the service (time, duration, location, etc.) will be agreed in advance with you.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your dog(s), including any health conditions, behavioural issues, allergies, or special requirements

  • Ensure your dog(s) is/are wearing a suitable collar/harness and ID tag, and that leads and other equipment are in safe condition

  • Provide any necessary keys or access arrangements if we are collecting your dog from your property​

3. Dog Behaviour and Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if a dog shows aggressive or dangerous behaviour that may put people, other animals, or property at risk

  • We will take all reasonable care of your dog(s), but you accept that dogs can be unpredictable and we cannot be held responsible for events outside our reasonable control​

4. Health and Emergencies

  • If your dog becomes unwell or injured during our care, we will contact you immediately (or your emergency contact if you are unavailable)

  • If necessary, we may take your dog to the nearest suitable veterinary practice. You agree to cover any veterinary costs incurred for your dog’s treatment

  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will act in the best interest of your dog and your instructions

5. Bookings, Cancellations and Changes

  • Bookings should be made in advance and confirmed by us

  • If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule walks/training sessions due to extreme weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will give as much notice as possible

6. Payment

  • We do not accept payments through our website

  • Payment is due at the time of service, by:

    • Cash in person, or

    • Phone-to-phone payment (e.g., bank transfer, mobile payment app)

  • All prices will be confirmed with you in advance

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured for the services we provide, but we cannot accept liability for loss, injury, or damage beyond what is covered by our insurance or caused by events outside our reasonable control

  • You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog to third parties, other animals, or property, unless caused by our negligence

8. Personal Data

  • We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Your contact details are used only for providing our services, arranging bookings, and sending agreed updates

​

9. Accessibility and Equality

  • We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive service. Please let us know if you require adjustments, and we will do our best to meet your needs

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
